The Clash As part of the Joe Strummer Tribute Night - all proceeds to Strummerville - I’ve been persuaded* into picking up my bass guitar and joining some friends on stage for a rendition of some Clash tunes next month. Myself and ex-bandmate (Superhero / Nibushi Shang Hong) Simon will be taking to the stage with a couple of my work colleagues to perform a couple of tunes, taken from the following longlist: The Magnificent Seven Rudie Can’t Fail Complete Control Hateful Janie Jones (White Man) in Hammersmith Palais Career Opportunities So, please buy a ticket and come along and watch me pretend and I’m young and worthy of playing on the same stage as other, proper musicians! * I didn’t take much persuading, to be honest.
