Kurt Vile Yesterday, I spent the day traipsing around Glasgow trying to avoid the rain by watching several bands, all part of the Stag & Dagger festival. I managed to fit in quite a few acts (below); certainly more than I managed the last time I attended. Wake the President, Stereo Michael Kiwanuka, ABC2 Clinic, ABC1 Desalvo, Nice ‘n’ Sleazy Kurt Vile, The Captain’s Rest Warpaint, ABC1 Three Trapped Tigers, Vic Bar Sons & Daughters, Art School The most interesting acts of the night were Kurt Vile and Clinic - two artists I’d never heard nor seen before. I’d definitely pay money to see them perform again.
